We just received our Shark Stratos! It does everything it says it will do! We are so pleased!!! And the motor is quiet enough to be able to hear someone talking to you. We didn't realize how much dog hair was in our carpet until we vacuumed. Amazing! The suction is very strong and there is no hair in the roller bar. Thank you for all the work that went into designing this wonderful vacuum!

My husband bought this vacuum for me as an early birthday present and i’m blown away with how amazing it is. the suction is better than any vaccum i have ever owned. I love that it breaks down into different sections so your able to vaccum different areas and even furniture! My favorite part about this vaccum is the self cleaning roller brush. Not having to cut hair off anymore is the best, not to mention the odor neutralizer!!

Had an older vaccum which would constantly just push around dirt, and barely pick up animal hair. The stratos is a game changer. It cleans couches amazingly with the Addon. Cleans floors, and carpets effortlessly. Great vaccum, if you have an old vaccum it’s time to upgrade.

I've had my new vacuum about a month and am overall very pleased. I've had a Shark vacuum for years and this one was a good replacement. I have two very fuzzy dogs with lots of hair and it does the trick! The only issue I have is that, while the suction is wonderful, even on the hard floor setting, I cannot vacuum area rugs. The suction is too strong for them and the roller gets jammed up. And, it is heavier than my former model.
