I’m very upset that the light on the hand held feature is gone. I use that feature daily with my AZ1002. Please bring it back!! If I buy another one I will go to the older one with the lights on it.

I bought this vacuum a month ago and am impressed with its power, many features/attachments and functionality. Power, easy to use, design is intuitive and innovative - although it's been quite a many years I've purchased a vacuum, I am very happy with this Shark Stratos, (and so are my pets, carpets and tile)

Missing options from our older model

We have had this vacuum for a few days now and it works great but missing a feature I loved about our other Shark models in the past. The wand/handle when removed does not have the light on it. We always keep most lights off in our house because we can see the dust dirt and dog hairs much easier with the headlights on the vacuum. So now when I need to remove the wand/handle I have to stumble around in the darker rooms to flip on the light. Just wish they would have left that feature on all models. Other than that it works great.

I can’t believe the amount of dust this vacuum has sucked up. Apparently my old vacuum was getting only 1/2. Great for cleaning under my bed. Just sucks the dust up off the hardwood floors. You can see the line it makes. Very powerful.

Too much suction

Wife purchased the Stratos to replace our Shark Rotator but because the new vacuum doesn't have the suction control like old vacuum does, new vacuum has to much suction and can't vacuum certain rugs in house
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love my Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark Stratos has a trim-line design. It is comfortable in 2022. The assembly instructions were easy to follow. I had no trouble putting the parts together. The first thing I noticed is how lightweight the vacuum is. It only weighs about 17 lbs. It has an ample-length cord. The cord attaches mid-way on the vacuum. This makes it easier to keep it out of the vacuum path. There is no need to bend to get the cord. The hooks used to store the cord are the length if the machine. There is no need to wind and wind the cord around shorter cord hooks. The Shark Stratos also has a larger debris bin. It is very easy to disengage to empty. This machine has the most suction of any other I have used. It gets up the hair on my 125 lb Presa Canario dog. He has lots of hair. The odor neutralizer system is wonderful. He has lots of odors as well.
