I have been a shark user for years. Nothing was technically wrong with my older machine at all. I was ready to upgrade,just that simple. No more untangling nasty stuff from roller. It's nasty and I'm too old to sit on the ground for that mission. The nice fresh air released is certainly a great thing also. Great purchase for me, I am so happy. Can't say the same for the steam mop. Will continue using my old one.

The only thing I can think of that I don't care for is..there is no light on the handle like on the last one I bought the Apex. I love that feature

Saw this vacuum on an infomercial and after installing new hard wood floors I thought it would be worth a try. OMG! I loved my prior Shark but this is a game changer. It has great suction and pulls in the smalls out of dust particles. The light on the front helps as well. The cord is longer which I love along with so may fantastic attachments. I have already recommended the vacuum to other people.

This vacuum exceeds my expectations in my Multiple pet household. To test it, I first vacuumed with my old vacuum then went over the exact same area with my new Shark and it filled 1/2 of the new dust bin with what my old vacuum left behind. I was sweeping daily to try and keep up, now I’m sweeping only 2 times a week and my floors look fantastic. Much cleaner with less effort.

I love this vacuum. We have a GS that sheds a lot and I didn’t realize how bad our last vacuum was until I purchased this one. It really pulls down deep and get all the hair out of the carpet! My carpet feels plushy and soft again!

I have used a central vacuum system, Rainbow and Dyson vacuum. This is my first Shark and the weight of the vacuum power head is very heavy and does an excellent job on carpet. I would normally have to push down as I vacuumed and I felt the suction was not adequate to clean well. With the Shark I just have to push and pull the vacuum as I cleaned. Amazing how much dust and debris is collected. Very easy to empty the canister.
Highly recommend this Shark vacuum.
