So after a decade, my old shark finally sprung a hole in the hose. It still works but I decided to upgrade. This thing works very well! I would caution you to NOT run over the cord accidentally… I did and this thing is so strong it tore the rubber off the cord. Gonna have to figured that out but it just goes to show how strong this vacuum is. It picks up pet hair better than any other vacuum that I’ve tried.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great suction! Picks up dog/cat hair. Vacuum is heavy, but works hard. Attachments work very well.

I bought this about a month ago and love it. I have been using Shark products for years and felt all were effective for pet hair. The Stratos more than meets expectations. The variety of attachments and the transition from carpet to hardwood is excellent.

New brush, but no light

You get to pay more for less. I previously had the Apex and enjoyed the light on the handle. Only thing I like is the new brush roller. My husband bought this Stratos because I mentioned how I like the no clean brush. You can’t clean the Stratos like the Apex and you have no light. I’m not impressed. Really wish he would have returned this one.

I bought the Shark Stratos around the first week of August, and the vacuum was received around two weeks later. This is a great product!!! We have 7 smaller dogs and 1 Great Pyrenees, so we really needed a vacuum that worked...this Stratos is it. A few days later the steam mop and the other add in cleaning tools came in. Since we had just moved and bought a house, I was excited to use the steam mop, but ALAS, the mop doesn't steam. Tried it several times hoping whatever was clogging the lines for the steam to come through. The water warms up, but that is all. Can I get a replacement????? I can give the Stratos a 5+ rating, but really disappointed in the steam mop.

I have had a shark rotator for almost 8 yrs and I absolutely love it. Unfortunately my 4 yr old pitty thinks it’s her chew toy when it’s running. Needless to say. It was time for a new one

I love my Shark Stratos Upright Vacuum - AZ3002! We have 2 indoor dogs, part Australian Shepherd and part Corgi, and lots of hair. The Shark Stratos makes it easy to keep up with puppy hair, on the floor and the furniture. Thank you so much!

Difficult and awkward to use suction is good but makes it difficult to control. Plus the attachments are flimsy and cheap.
