Amazing coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this on a whim last month as an early Christmas gift for myself & my partner. I honestly didn’t think it would beat my Keurig since we were both so in love with it, but it definitely did. Not only does it brew amazing coffee & quickly at that it also has the espresso pods. We were a little hesitant at first since we thought it was just going to be “espresso mixed with coffee” like the K-pods are but these are legit espresso shots. I can be my own barista at home! Definitely a 10/10 product. Worth every penny!!!

Water leaks from tank

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a travel coffee maker, but the first time I set it up, there was a puddle of water under it. Reading other reviews online, this is a very common complaint about the Vert Next. In my opinion, this is a design defect that Nespresso has not fixed.

Lasted less than a year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had two of these machines (Vertuo Next) that lasted less than a year. Would not recommend! Coffee tasted great while it was working, though! I now have the Vertuo Plus and it has been going strong for a while. Much better machine.
