Great coffee, no expert mode

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have no complaints. This coffee machine makes a great cup of coffee. I like the foam on the top. If you like a lots of milk/cream and sugar, then you should preheat that because the coffee isn't hot enough to stand up to cold milk. As noted in the title, this machine doesn't have the "expert" mode. It has glitched a couple of times and not brewed a new pod but it's very rare.
One big con it the cost of coffee. It's significantly more expensive than drip coffee.

Great machine but eventually will be hard to open

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great coffee maker but after a few months of use the the mechanism to open the top to insert the pod gets stuck shut from use. Eventually, with muscles, it will open again. Very frustrating.

Good Coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coffee is delicious and creamy. The machine is quick and easy to use. It’s also small and cute on my counter. My only qualm is that sometimes the coffee is not as hot as I would like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my wife got me a Nespresso I wasn't sure I was going to like it. I used to like grinding my own coffee and brewing it slowly and all that. I was wrong. I love it, I am never going back to brewing my own coffee.
