I love it so much and the coffee is so yummy that I’ve made two other people already buy their own as well and no regrets so far! You will never ever want any other coffee, I promise you!

BEST coffee! BEST espresso!!!

Great coffee, the connected tech maybe not so much

Poor product review, great company. I am a tech guy at heart so I was interested in the App integration and other technical features. The machine was replaced twice because it stopped being able to process the pods and would just flash error codes. Nespresso sent the replacements out very quickly with no angst on my part.
After the second one, they allowed me to switch to the non-connected model Evolou which has not given me a single problem since I got it over a year ago.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We’re pleased your machine issues were addressed by one of our machine experts, who replaced your machine with an Evoluo machine model. We recommend the first-time use steps once a week, as part of your machine maintenance. This flushes water through your machine to rinse away any coffee granule buildup from the head of your machine. We also recommend descaling your machine every 3 months or every 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Great Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally got the Vertuo Next for home, to replace my original Nespresso machine. Love the variety of coffees that we can brew. 7oz, 5oz or Espresso, can't wait to try the 12 oz coffees. Love the smaller footprint. Now my husband can have his black coffee and I can make my cappuccino with one machine.

Be cautious

I received this machine as a birthday gift and it stopped working a few months after. I did not use it daily or abuse the way you put in the pods so I was so curious why it stopped working. It was not even a year old and I bought a bunch of pods. This machine is disappointing I love the nespresso brand but this machine was the least favorite.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend calling us to create your Nespresso account, register your Vertuo Next machine, and speak with a machine expert to troubleshoot your machine, in a one contact resolution. If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, we have repair and replacement options via our Assistance Service Program, even when your machine is out of warranty.
