Not only do all the capsules taste amazing but the size is perfect for my apartment counter! Was so happy with mine that I purchased another one for my brother and sister-in-law!

I bought this a few months ago, taking a risk after reading reviews where people said that it didn't work, but it works great so far. Love it! The only thing that bugs me is that I feel like my coffee is not hot enough. I know that the machine is set to brew at the perfect temperature for the specified pod, but I always have to end up microwaving my mug for 30 seconds after a brew. Other than that, it is heaven :)

Good machine, but is broke often.

I bought this machine two year ago, and it makes very delicious and smelling coffee. Unfortunately, this broke down very often. Once in a 3-4 months the yellow color it’s start blinking. Usually, I fixed it all the time but now this process isn’t working.

Please kindly note that descaling is required every 3-4 months, or after every 300 capsules. A blinking light may indicate that descaling is required as part of regular machine maintenance. Stuck Locking & Unlocking

First, let me start by how much I love, love, love the coffee! I had previously subscribed to an auto delivery from another (organic) coffee company, I thought THEY had the best tasting coffee. that is until I got my Nespresso Machine & Hazelnut coffee.
Now onto my complaint: The machines lid (to insert capsules) has gotten SO VERY difficult to lock & unlock (twist open/close), I have broken 3 coffee mugs now (by myself, husband and house guest). I practically arm-wrestle with the machine every single time I make a cup of coffee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

GET A DIFFERENT MODEL - Great coffee and support

I bought this 2 years ago and in the span on 2 years I have gone through 2 of these machines. I was very thorough with maintenance and descaling, but each of them ended in technical errors. I WOULD NOT recommend this machine. I would highly recommend the VertuoNext. I have had that machine for a year and have had zero problems. I love nespresso but this machine is a costly disappointment. However, the warranty on all machines are great. They have replaced my replacement with a brand new and nicer model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love 5oz n XL capsules, machine wks great!!!!

Been with Nespresso 20 years and have purchased and loved six machines since the D300 that we started with to the Romeo, two pixies, a vertuo plus and now this vertuo next. We've experienced excellent quality with every machine seemingly lasting forever. While this machine is not the easiest to use as it takes a bit of effort and two hands to open and close, etc. it is my favorite. That it brews 6 capsule sizes of delicious coffee, with the 5oz, and the two XL sizes being our faves, makes this an amazing coffee maker. I love to brew the 18oz XL capsules into pretty little pitchers for my husband and myself to both enjoy multiple smaller cups. As with other previous models purchased, the vertuo next has worked well out of the box with zero operating issues. I highly recommend this machine. PLEASE COME OUT WITH A HIGHER CAPACITY PROTHER THAT IS EASIER TO CLEAN as a complement to the XL brewers and capsules
