[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brews wonderfully, tastes great, not like any other at home products I've ever had in the past. Easy to use. Just plug drop the nepresso capsule in, slide over the lever press the button and viola! Instant brew. The barcode attached to your capsule tells the machine what is being brewed. Crema atop every delicious cup brewed. Cleaning the machine after every brew can be a bit time consuming and forgetful when in a rush. The cost of the capsules is steep also. I looked into purchasing more and was a bit shocked.
Pros: Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Has Delicious Crema, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Appealing Design
Cons: Does not make enough coffee in a cup, Not enough variety of coffee available, Not enough variety of espressos available, Too Expensive, Water tank is too small
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend running a priming cycle through your machine once a week to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. I bought this for my husband last Christmas and it just crapped out this weekend. I will say the customer service tech representative was exceptional, especially considering it was a Sunday morning prior to having coffee! Shame on me... these rating reviews with a 1 are extremely high. I was very happy with my machine when it worked!

Didn't last long.

I bought one and after 6 months it went belly-up. Support was good...After a long session with them, they sent me another one. The second one quit working after only 5 months and now is out of warranty. Debating whether to even get another Nespresso machine.

It was great at first

I've had this machine since November of 2021 and bought a limited edition model, it's now almost October of 2022. It worked great for a little while but then began leaking water into the space where the pod sits to brew coffee. Recently, after running a rinse cycle, it's decided multiple times that it does not want to brew anything larger than a double shot. I regularly use gran lungo pods and twice now it's brewed maybe a double shot worth with these pods. I'm nearly at the end of my warranty period with my current machine and I likely won't keep this one. I love the coffee it makes and plan to buy the Vertuo plus as it's got far better reviews and I have friends who own and love it. Save your money and purchase a different Nespresso machine than this one.

Love, Love, Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using our Nespresso Vertuo Next for about a month now and we love it! It fits perfectly on the counter with its super slim design. It automatically adapts the brewing parameters based on the capsule size you use. No muss, no fuss. The Vertuo Next brews the perfect cup, whether it's coffee, espresso, double espresso, or even a carafe. Not sure how we lived before we got on the Nespresso wagon!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this model after our old one finally bit the dust. This one is so loud that you can't have a conversation while it's brewing. The compartment for the used pods is so small that I have problems putting my hand in there to get them out. There are other versions of machines out there are easier to use. I'm going to try to return this. It's not worth it.
