DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I bought my Vertuo next in November and is was amazing for the first couple of months until I got a blinking orange light and the machine refused to work. Nespresso was amazing and sent me a replacement machine that worked for all of two coffees before never turning on again. Get a different version this one is TRASH
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love it!

I bought my Vertuo Next about 3 weeks ago and it has been working FLAWLESS!! I love this machine, it can a bit loud but it’s only for a few seconds. I love the different flavors they offer, also the milk frother is to notch.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nespresso service outweighs machine issues

This is my 2 Nespresso machine. The first became noisy but worked till I replaced it. This model looks great but has had a few brewing issues over time. The first was resolved by customer care over the phone but a a few months later it stopped brewing. It would clean using the triple click but not brew. Late on a Sunday night a customer care rep went through the diagnostics with me and simply said “ I’ll send you another machine. Retrun this after receiving new one. Which would you like……” had new machine in a week and was sent a sleeve of my choice of coffee for my trouble. This company is super. A coffee maker is an inexpensive machine. The company is super.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Machine didn't last a year, & was special edition

Machine purchased June of 2021, replaced on March 18th for overflow. Unfortunately this was a very rare special order machine that they replaced with another limited edition but didn't offer any other incentives. Very good experience with Tech Support (including a live video engagement for support), replacement was no questions asked, but really disappointed that I have to get a new machine in less than a year, much less this was a significant gift.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unreliable

I have had 3 of these machines as they keep breaking on me for vaarious reasons. My first leaked coffee out of it's base, my second's cleaning function never was able to activate so it broke down, and I am on my third. Thankfully Nespresso keeps replacing it under warently, but 3 machines in 8 months is ridiculus.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Making Addictive Cups of Coffee

We have had our Vertuo Next since 12/2020. We have not had any problems with our machine. We make 1-2 cups of esspresso a day. We do not make the larger cups of coffee and prefer the esspresso. My wife has never had coffee that much, but find her swiping my cup before she leaves in the morning for the office.
I would recommend this product as an introduction to Nespresso machines for its lower price point. We have taken care of the machine and use the the Nespresso descaling product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible

Going to call to get a refund. Leaks and water falls out when you open the lid. Not easy to open and close

Self destructed within 5 days of use

Awful nespresso machine, please do not buy. Customer service was wonderful though and sent me a different version of the machine, only bought this one because it brewed carafe’s of coffee. Love nespresso machines and am very happy with the replacement machine they sent me. Love nespresso just not this machine!
