Electronics Don't Hold Up

I got this for Christmas 2 years ago - it worked great until it didn't. The electronics randomly malfunctioned and the machine no longer works/turns on. I called in for help but they said I could pay to get it repaired or get a slight discount on a new machine. Not sure it's worth it if it only lasts 2 years!

Stop working

I bought it only two months ago and now it doesn’t working. Whenever I try to do the coffee, the machine turn on an orange light and the process stop. I can’t believe it…

We will never go back and drink any other coffee than Nespresso! The coffee tastes just like the one you would get in Europe.

Doesn't last!

I loved the coffee and was super excited about the machine. I took care of it by descaling and cleaning often. It didn't even last a year before the error messages started non-stop. The flashing orange/red light just won't quit. It should certainly last more than a couple months, especially with the care I was giving it! So disappointing.

Leaks all over

Got this after waiting 2 weeks. Was supposed to be delivered on a Friday didn't come until the following week. First thing it leaks all over the counter. Have to take the tank off when I'm done making my coffee. Had I known this I would have chose a different model. Im hoping once I contact sustomer support they will replace it as I've barely had it a week. I love it and want to be able to use it for many years to come but if this is the problem it will have I will chose something else.
