Happiness at the Holidays is Our New Virtuo Plus!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided to reward ourselves with an early holiday gift 🎁 and so we brought home our first Nespresso coffee ☕️ machine - a brand new Virtuo Plus Deluxe beauty! Now we experiment with lots of different flavors, but whatever the choice our home is filled with the authentic aroma of coffee or espresso from morning till evening!!

My Mother In Law loves it

She loves it, the only complaint is the machine can be a bit hard for her to get to close the lid when putting in a coffee pod. That is her only complaint

I wish I could rate this product 0 stars. This is the worst coffee pot I have ever owned. On to the second one and had to ship it back to Nespresso and still isn’t working.

erratic and cumbersome to fix

the it works its great. but frequent issues the are difficult to interpret and correct make using this machine frustrating. Especially when its first thing in the morning and haven't had your coffee
