Great at first! Lasts 1 year - very noisy also

I’ve had many Nespresso machines throughout the years. Overseas I always had the original line, same for my entire family. We’ve never had any issues and we are Nespresso customers basically since they first came out. I now live in the US for 3 years and my third Vertuo line machine just stopped working. I guess either the Vertuo line is horrible or the machines sold in the US are lower quality. A coffee machine is not supposed to be disposable. And there are 2 years warranty for most machines, they offer only 1 yr for Vertuo Plus, does that mean they expect it to brake shortly after a year?
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awful product with incredibly short lifespan

I have bought 2 of these and both broke within a few months. I descale often and it still breaks. It first starts of with doing the cleaning cycle nonsense which only temporarily fixes it, but eventually these just stop completely altogether. Every forum you go to will say the same thing; I really wish I did some research before getting these. DO NOT BUY! I have gotten maybe 100 uses out of each one, which is less coffee than going to a cafe.

Stay away from this model!

Stay away from this model! Had two that died within the warranty period. Not good! Fortunately, support is sending me a Evoluo, which sounds like it's a better model according to the reviews. We'll see! I only make two cups a day and cleaned it according to the manual.
Had a VertuoPlus before these two clunker models and that lasted about two years. So that model is fair. Hopefully the Evoluo is decent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don’t buy

I bought this machine about 6 months ago and have used it a handful of times, I descaled it once and then it quit working. And I tried getting a replacement. Don’t suggest this machine.

Worst Nespresso Machine

I've gone thru 3 Next machines, each one had issues and Nespresso was kind enough to keep sending replacements. After the 3rd machine failed, I'd had enough and asked to replace it with an Evoluo, which I own 2 of and have had no issues. Well, they made a mistake and sent me another Next and guess what, it doesn't work. You are supposed to run thru the clean cycle twice when you first get it and it would not even do that. I then tried to make a cup of coffee and to no surprise, it would not brew the coffee. I've wasted so many pods, almost 2 cartons so far because the Next machine is a piece of junk. Do NOT buy this machine. It is the worst Nespresso machine out there.

Absolutely terrible machine!

As a long-time and devoted Nespresso fanboy, I bought this machine some time ago and it worked for a while, but now, after a brief hiatus, it flashes a double orange light. I try to descale it, but it won't even let me! I search the internet for help and discover that many people are apparently having a similar issue. I try to factory reset, but it won't let me because I need to descale, but can't because it doesn't recognize the insanely complicated descale kabuki dance I'm trying and failing to perform.
