Taste good but three in a row have died in 3 years

The coffee tastes great while the machine is working. I’ve gone through three of these machines over the last 3 years, they last a little bit and then the dreaded double orange flash which means an internal electrical fault. I’ve followed all directions and babied the machine. My 3rd machine just went toes up today. I’m regrettably tossing my vertuo pods and going with another manufacturer. Can’t afford to replace them yearly.

Just ok

Have owned a Nespresso Vertuo Next since 2020. Since then I have had my machine replaced twice. I use the machine twice a day so it was heavily used, but both just stopped working one day. To the credit of Nespresso, they helped me through troubleshooting, and when that didn't work they were quick to replace my machine. After the second one I had to switch Nespresso models. This one did the job, but there are better models out there. Shoutout to the Nespresso CS team!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not the quality I expect from Nespresso

This machine falls far short of the quality I have come to expect from Nespresso. When I first purchased it, I was disappointed in the unit as compared to my Vertuo Plus (which I sadly gifted). Overall, it felt cheap and was really loud, but I thought the smaller footprint would compensate. After owning two of them, I now know that I was definitely wrong. My first one failed and I nor the Nespresso techs could figure out the issue, nor would the machine connect to the net for any diagnostics. Nespresso graciously sent me a replacement and now that has failed. Very much like the first. Some days it works, some days not. I never know if I'll get a cup. It has gotten to the point where I pulled out an old drip machine so I'd have a backup - and I've used it quite a bit. My advice...spend a little more on one of the higher quality models as it will be worth it in the long run.

They went backwards in designing this machine.

It's difficult to believe how cheap this machine feels. It's loud, and frustrating to open and lock. My machine will move several inches and if the tiny water reservoir doesn't spill, it will need to be topped off that morning anyway. I'm returning this to the place of purchase and buying an older design with much better features. My friend in Canada had one of a similar design to the one I'm replacing this with. It was super easy, one tiny lift upwards and it discards the old pod and is ready for the next. Having been a Nespresso user for over a decade and a half the quality of this machine really took me off guard.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Was Great Until it Stopped Brewing

Loved everything about it until it decided to no longer brew coffee. It will go through descaling cycles fine but won’t brew no matter which pod I use. I’ve done all the troubleshooting tasks and nothing works. After researching online and speaking to friends that have one, I found that my issue is very common. My machine is out of warranty.

We replaced our Vertuo with a Vertuo Next 1 week ago. This thing is a piece of junk. The machine in manual, its loud, it leaks, the coffee comes out luke warm if it comes out at all. What a scam.

Obsessed! Slim size and dual capacity

I bought this to replace an Insta pot dual brew. It was a learning curve changing to the vertuo pods and how to reuse them. But my goodness. I brag to my coffee loving family every day, that I am drinking superior espresso and coffee compared to their crap. I love a good black cup of coffee. The Columbia pods and this machine were sent from heaven. Same with using my Starbucks espresso pods. I see some people having trouble with life span. I'm only three weeks in so I can't debate on that. As far as I am concerned this machine is a goldmine!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don't waste your money.

Had erratic problems with this machine since purchase. Works fine for afew days, then not at all. Finally to the point it doesn't work at all. Lights blink...followed direction and reset to factory settings which worked a couple times, but no more. Was pricey for a few weeks of good coffee.
