Coffee shop quality at home… with a few things to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Nespresso Vertuo Next in white for a little while now, and the quality of the coffee honestly impressed me from the first cup. It brews rich smooth coffee with that signature crema on top that makes it feel more like a coffee shop drink than something made in my kitchen.
Setup was simple and one feature I really appreciate is how the machine automatically ejects the used pod into the container when you lift the handle. It makes busy mornings feel easier and keeps cleanup minimal.
One thing that did confuse me at first was the pods. The paperwork in my sample made it seem like you could mix them and I’m honestly still not completely sure about that. To be safe I’ve just been using one pod at a time. Once you understand it… it’s very straightforward but clearer instructions would definitely help beginners.
I also wish it came with a glass or coffee catcher. Luckily I already had something similar that worked but when I looked into buying one specifically for this machine the price was higher than I could personally justify. It feels like something that could have been included especially for first time users.
Another thing to consider is the pod design. They’re made specifically for this machine, so you’re committed to buying Vertuo pods, and they are definitely pricier than traditional coffee options.
But here’s the real question I keep coming back to: do you want really great coffee at home, or are you okay with a cheaper cup that’s just average? Because this machine absolutely delivers when it comes to flavor.
For now, I’m sticking with it and making the effort to reach for this over my regular coffee maker. The convenience, quality, and overall experience make it feel like a small daily upgrade. If great coffee matters to you and you don’t mind paying a bit more for it, the Vertuo Next is definitely worth considering.

Works as a coffee maker but the app is a nightmare

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I was so excited to be selected to review the Nespresso Vertuo Next, I was left disappointed with the machine itself. The brewing function works great, it makes coffee and espresso as expected. However, the app and connectivity experience wasn’t optimal. The machine never successfully paired with the Nespresso app, repeatedly showing a different machine, refused to enter pairing mode, or connect to wi-fi. Multiple troubleshooting techniques were unsuccessful in resolving the problems. As a result, features like capsule scanning, app-controlling brewing, and even machine registration were impossible. With more research I found that issues just like mine are very common for this machine.
For the machine itself, it’s not too heavy and slimmer that most pod-machines, but the water resivoir is also smaller - meaning more fill ups between coffee. My pod-sampler never showed up, so I did also purchase some pods to try this machine and I really did enjoy them.
Overall, if you’re looking for a fully connected Nespresso experience, this brewer is unreliable. I wanted to love it so much, but was only left frustrated.

Amazing coffee machine!

It's sleek matte black and dark grey design perfectly matches my kitchen countertop. The machine is compact and easy to operate, with just one button but multiple options to choose from. Depending on the capsule (S-XL), you can brew different cup sizes, from an Espresso to a Carafe. It features a removable medium-sized (1-liter) water tank, an auto shut-off function, and heats up in less than half a minute. I appreciate that the brand thought of many details, like allowing you to adjust the cup holder position to prevent messes. Also by downloading the Nespresso app, you can monitor your coffee drinks, maintain the machine, and troubleshoot if needed. The best part is the coffee itself! I love the flavor that this machine produces- it's creamy, hot and foamy, just the way I like it! All the part are durable and well-made. The brand offers a one-year warranty which is amazing. I'm really impressed and would definitely recommend it.

There’s not all like the buttons on the device which I guess could be a pro in a con cause if you’re not wanting to hook up something to your phone then you’re simply gonna have to like push the button up on top but the only thing why I didn’t give it five stars was it said that it was coming with a sample pack of cups and it did not so I had to order some so that way I could give this a fair review

One click delicious coffee with 0 learning curve

There is just one button on the machine to start brewing which is so much easier than other pod machines. It reads the instructions from the pod which determines how long to brew your coffee for whether you ordered drip coffee pods or espresso pods. Coffee couldn’t get any easier than this! One you are done brewing it even disposes of the used pod into a small bin in the back!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Nespresso Vertuo Next machine is pretty cool! I like how you can choose between different sizes and different flavors of pods. Although the pods are a little expensive, they are definitely worth it. They are a step above the rest and worth every penny. The only thing that is a little complicated and and kind of a nuisance is the app that you can download and connect it to your machine. I found that it does not really work and nine times out of 10 it has trouble connecting. I feel like once they work out those kinks it will definitely be a 10 out of 10.
