Our favorite coffee

Over those years we have had the opportunity to select a variety of coffees to suit our taste and we have never been disappointed. We just purchased a Nespresso machine for our daughter and her spouse for Christmas and expect they too will enjoy Nespresso for years to come.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Already Disappointed

I just bought this machine & I’m already anticipating for it to break prematurely… I have seen the same comments about this particular machine eventually breaking in less than a year on two different sites. I hope they fixed this issue recently.

LOUD

My wife and I bought this to replace a 5 year old unit that we moved to our RV. This Next unit is unbelievably loud, and vibrates uncontrollably (slight exaggeration). Our old unit was very quiet, and still is. We are very disappointed in the build quality. For the money it should be much quieter!

Great coffee, but very unreliable machine

I got my first machine back in October 2021 and man, the coffee is SO MUCH better than keurig, I was SO EXCITED; HOWEVER, after 2 months, the machine stopped reading pods and after endless troubleshooting and wasted pods, Nespresso sent me a replacement machine, AWESOME. I've now had this new machine for a few months now, and about a month ago it started being finicky again. It won't read pods for days and then all of a sudden, it will. I take all the proper care of the machine and all, but when I just want a cup of coffee, it gives me a hard no. Lots more trouble shooting and wasted pods. Still won't work. You've been warned.

Worst machine they’ve ever made

I am on my third machine in 6 months. Let me get this straight, I LOVE Nespresso, I had the original vertuo machine and the pixie and I loved them. Use it daily and will continue to use their products, however do not buy this machine. It is defective I have had to call the and have them replace it 3 times. My friend and my mother have had the exact same issue. It works for about 2 months and then starts flashing orange with no reason. Clean it, unplug it… nothing helps. It is extremely frustrating, they need to discontinue it and refund.

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Stay Away!!!!

I got this for Christmas last year and had to get a replacement TWICE. The coffee is what makes me a customer still and the fact that Nespresso probably realizes this is a bad machine is replacing my machine for a different machine. Don’t get this one. Not worth it.

To maintain the health of your machine, we recommend you follow the first-time use steps at least once a week, to rinse away any granule buildup in the head of your machine. Satisfying many taste profiles!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a perfect coffee machine for a small office. I am impressed by the large range of coffee roasts and "intensity". There is quite a difference between the four I have tried so far. They all brew with a good amount of crema, which is superior to any Keurig cup of coffee, and gets much closer to a good coffee shop cup o'Joe.
