Stay away from this model!

Stay away from this model! Had two that died within the warranty period. Not good! Fortunately, support is sending me a Evoluo, which sounds like it's a better model according to the reviews. We'll see! I only make two cups a day and cleaned it according to the manual.
Had a VertuoPlus before these two clunker models and that lasted about two years. So that model is fair. Hopefully the Evoluo is decent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great voffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old machine died after 3 years which was disappointing. Great coffee. Hope to have better luck with this one.

Died one year on the day of receiving it. Troubleshooting did no good. Sending a refurbished replacement. We will see how long thsi one lasts.

Needs Improvement

This model has so many issues and why it is still on the market is mind boggling! For the price you pay, there should not be leaking issues, mechanical issues, etc. Nespresso really needs to look into the malfunctions that have been reported by many.

Machines dont last!!!

Im on my third machine in about 2.5 years. I just replaced my original one in July of 2025 because it stopped working. And yes, I did descale and clean it like instructed. Now im on my third, and only because it was within 6 months they offered to replace it, but initially they tried to send me a refurbished. I think once this one breaks, im going back to a regular coffee pot. Nespresso has great coffee but crappy machines.

The Worst Machine Nesrpesso Offers

I went through 3 machines in 1-1/2 years. Calling nespresso and having to go through the video chat 3 times was extremely frustrating. Especially when its messing with someone's morning coffee! Overall the Wi-fi / bluetooth connection is ridiculous and never updates the machine firmware as it says it will, then would always just stop brewing the pods. HORRIBLE.

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Simply does not last. I had two machines. Both only last a little over a year. Disappointing. I do not recommend this machine.

This is the worst coffee machine they make. Wish I had done my research prior to purchasing. We got a replacement less than a year in and still the machine broke down less than a year after that (outside their warranty). Do not waste your money on any of the veturo next or pops. We got the veturo plus and have never had an issue.
