Best Machine!

Nespresso was not my first choice but I am so glad that I have chosen Nespresso! It has changed my life and my love for coffee has grown so much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago to replace my keurig and am thankful that I did. The coffee is much better than any keurig coffee I had. I used to drink my coffee black, however I purchased the frother and use milk in almost every cup now and it enhances the flavor. Love my Nespresso.

Received a Vertuo Next as a gift to replace my old Vertuo machine. The Vertuo Next is much louder than my old Vertuo. It still makes good coffee but I’m disappointed by how loud it is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to learn your Vertuo Next machine brews loudly. The sound you are hearing is the drying section of the brew cycle and is completely normal. This involves the capsule spinning at an accelerated speed to extract the last bits of coffee grounds and to rid any excess water from the capsule.
If you find the sound bothersome, we recommend putting a placemat or cloth underneath it to dampen the sound.
