Great features, saves money

Great coffee

I bought my machine 3-4 years ago during COVID. Never descaled (until yesterday) and cleaned once. A few days ago it started leaking and after descaling it, I couldn't get it to work again....orange light constantly flashing. I tried numerous online fixes, but decided that between the leaking, the time since buying etc. it was time to let it go. I too, think there should be fewer problems, but am addicted to my afternoon espresso and biscotti treat! I'm ordering a new one.

We recommend running a priming cycle through your machine once a week to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Delicious Birthday Bundle Gift

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a year of drinking delicious Nespresso artisan level coffee when visiting us here at home, we just gifted our daughter her very own Nespresso (and frother and a bundle of various sleeves) for her home. She is “over the moon” excited to explore the different blends and boldness and create daily cups of smooth, flavor-filled creations. I loved the bundle price with the frother, the shipping was prompt, and all was carefully delivered to my door. I had a follow up question after delivery and customer service via chat feature was truly helpful.

Great birthday gift for a 15 year old

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy that I bought this as a gift for my 15 year old's birthday. Technically since I am the mom, its my birthday too LOL. While the Pop plus line is not as favored for espresso based drinks, its working great for us. We do not need a full line of espresso and we prefer the regular and decaf altissio. We also love the iced leggero for our iced coffee needs. Big bonus is the ability to use the new cold brew pods! We just keep the machine on top of the pod drawer and it elevates it so that we can put a larger cup under the machine

Do Not be enticed by the slim sleek design!

Do Not be enticed by the slim sleek design of this machine! Do your research and you will find it’s nothing but trouble. Nothing worst than wanting your morning cup of coffee and the machine not working. I have gone through all troubleshooting and still no coffee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
