I was so excited about this machine until it broke less than a year after purchasing it. It won’t even make a cup of coffee anymore. Absolutely terrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Disappointed

A very faint red light came on and I did everything I could to get rid of it. You could literally just barely see the light lit up. I searched Nespresso page for tips and also the internet but nothing helped. Machine would not even let me factory reset or descale it. Had the machine for not even a year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WORST COFFEE MACHINE ON THE MARKET! Do not waste your time and money buying this machine. I bought my first one two years ago for my birthday. Within 6 months of that first machine, it began to leak. I called Nespresso to get it replaced because I thought it was a fluke. NOPE!!! I have now had 3 machines within the past two years due to leaking all over my counter. I wish I could get my money back.

Avoid at all costs.

Junk. Stopped working after a few years of sporadic use. Also, loud when it did work (which is normal for this model). Other models appear to have much better reviews. Avoid at all costs.

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Best thing I’ve bought all year

Poor quality

Very short lived. Consistent problems multiple times a month if not weekly. Descaled it, cleaned it, reset it and nothing worked. Very disappointed in this product and do not suggest purchasing.

Poor quality, short lifespan

Great tasting coffee when it works...but it usually doesn't work. Typical experience with this machine is to insert a pod, have it spit out a tiny amount of coffee and then just stop working while blinking red. Unplug and replug, try again, rinse repeat and maybe, just maybe, get a cup of coffee after wasting a few pods. I tossed mine in the trash. I would not recommend these machines to anyone as my experience seems typical. Search online and you see my story repeated by many.
