Easy to Use and Great Coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Vertuo Next for four months and have enjoyed every cupful of coffee. The machine is easy to operate and make nice hot coffee with that wonderful crema.

Leave Starbucks behind! Nespresso rocks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Newpresso experience has been AMAZING! We frequent the store in Scottsdale for the “full” experience with taste testing and seeing what’s new. My husband’s Starbucks habit has been almost squashed - he much prefers his Nespresso flavor - and it’s easy enough to grab on the way out the door. The frother makes amazing lattes and gives my creativity happiness!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible design

Weakest coffee ever unless you drink pure espresso. Then it makes 50% strength cup. Uses double the grounds for regular coffee unless you like drinking what looks like pee or iced tea. Coffee is barely warm. Needs to be reheated before drinking. Too physically hard to operate. Will fall over unless you hold it still WHILE twisting a lever WHILE you push down on the top.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Absolute Pass - not worth the headache

Absolute fail on my part not to read reviews before purchasing. This machine has not easily brewed a coffee capsule since day one. I get blinking red lights, solid orange or red lights. Things that should spin don’t always. I’m glad I bought it on sale but I don’t even have patience to spend more time troubleshooting. It refuses to connect to my phone via Bluetooth and it feels like help can’t happen since it’s not connected to the app. Will stick with my Original Line machine

Do not choose this machine

We have used Nespresso for years. We thought we would upgrade from our VertuoPlus machine to the VertuoNext to be able to explore all the coffee options that Nespresso offers. However, it is going way back in time. The VertuoNext machine is very manual, almost feels like you are forcing it to make you a coffee. You have to push down the lid with force while simultaneously turning the leaver to lock it. The whole machine moves on the counter trying to just close the lid. It is also louder than the VertuoPlus. And unfortunately the reason we purchased the VertuoNext for the range of coffee options, like the 12oz coffees, but spoiler alert, the VertuoNext machine is too short to fit a mug that can hold 12oz under the spout. We had to sit the machine on a cutting board to be able to fit our larger mugs underneath.
Overall, we have been using the VertuoNext for two months now and we are not impressed. Once our 12oz capsules are done will switch back to our older VertuoPlus machine. I do not recommend the machine to anyone new to Nespresso or existing customers.

Don’t buy it!!

I’ve had this machine for a year now. The very first time using it out of the box it gave an error message that I had to troubleshoot. Since then it works on the first attempt maybe 1/10 times. It’s honestly made my morning coffee the most stressful part of my day. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.
