Machine is horrible, but great coffee!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Nespresso coffee, but this machine is terrible. The lever that opens and locks the lid sticks and is extremely difficult to operate. Relatives with arthritis cannot use the machine at all. Very disappointed in the lack of quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for everyday coffee drinking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my Nespresso for two years and it has been lovely. I use it multiple times per day and have had no issues. I was initially worried about it as many reviews talked about the Vertuo Next conking out, but this has not been my experience. Pods are a bit more expensive, but the convenience is worth it for me. I just wish the Nespresso App was a bit more user friendly for ordering—seems to be regularly glitchy, so I just use the website.
