Vertuo Next, great coffee, the machine not so much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this machine for almost two years now. It’s a love-hate relationship. I love the coffe but the machine not so much. I’ve had a dreaded orange light more times than I care to list. The rotating part of the machine (the one that rotates the pods) gets stuck after every use and it has to be “un-stuck” manually. There are plenty of instructions online on how to do it. But again, the coffee is amazing. If you can deal with a bit of manual labor before every cup, go for it.

The best coffee!

Best Tasting Coffee Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been a Nespresso customer for years back when the first machines were introduced in Switzerland. Was so happy to see them come to the US. For home brewed expresses and cappuccinos with simplicity, the machines and coffees can't be beat.

Game Changer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my Vertuo for Christmas last year and it has been an absolute game changer. I am a coffee snob and was hesitant to go with a pod brewer, but I am so glad I did. This is unlike any other machine I have experienced. It brews an excellent cup every!single!time! I have entirely stopped buying coffee out on my way to work. There is no need. And not only is the coffee delicious, but the machine is attractive and easy to use and clean. And I love that I can just drop off the used pods for recycling. Finally, I am so pleased with the speed of delivery for the sleeves. Even when I forget to re-order, I usually only have to wait a day. Spoil yourself with one of these machines!! Totally worth every penny.
