Lasted less than a year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had two of these machines (Vertuo Next) that lasted less than a year. Would not recommend! Coffee tasted great while it was working, though! I now have the Vertuo Plus and it has been going strong for a while. Much better machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mine is the vertuo plus, and I bought it new, not reloved as it says on the top. It stopped working within a year, coffee tasted horrible and bitter. The only solution n espresso gave me was a 35% discount on a new one, which I am not sure I would want to purchase since it just might have the same defect again. Make sure you pay attention to what model you’re getting and the reviews

Flavorful coffee from easy-to-use device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Vertuo as a Christmas gift. The flavor and the fullness of each cup of coffee it produces is so near to barista-level that I am not sure most would know the difference. I would recommend this to any-and-all coffee aficionados.

I didnt get the color I had ordered but was too excited to wait for another one and have been happy with everything ever since.
the only thing that is a little bit of a learning curve is the cleaning process but that isnt super often so not much of a complaint.

Great Home Option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this ~4 months ago as my girlfriend and I found we were getting lattes every day from local shops and wanted a convenient home option. Short of the large investmate for all the equipment required to make home espresso, Nesspro has been the best quality option for pod based options I've found. Pretty impressed with the quality, use is easy, and will eventually justify it's cost if you're a consistent espresso drinker but don't have the want to make it a hobby.
