[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine has been difficult to keep up and running. We've sent it back to be repaired at least twice and it still has issues. We regularly clean and descale it but it is a finicky machine. I have heard other models are less tricky to keep running so we will probably get a different one when this one goes out again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best. Coffee. Ever.

The coffee is delicious, and I love how easy it is to make a great espresso, cappuccino or just a cup of coffee. I recently had a friend visiting, and within a few days of using the nespresso machine skew ordered her own!
