I love Nespresso BUT

The Vertuo Next has a major design flaw - just had to replace the second one in a month! I have been a Nespresso Vertuo user since 2008 & happy with my other machines. Hope they get this worked out.

Would not pair with app. Stopped working after one

Out of the box it wouldn't pair (app could never find the machine). I should have returned it then. Shortly after the warranty expired it stopped functioning (lights indicate an internal error). I am extremely disappointed.

Leaks like crazy

I have purchased 3 Vertuo machines for my office and friends. I purchased this model for a change for my home and it is a nightmare. It leaks so much after each cup of coffee made that I have to empty the garbage bin after 2 uses. I am constantly washing it out.

Don’t waste you money

Received as a present in August and it has rarely worked from day one. I am very busy and thought I was doing something wrong, but found out it is just a bad machine. I have wasted so many pods. Very disappointed.

Great coffee when it works!!

Sadly, I have only had this machine for 2 months and it has been temperamental from the start. Now it won't work at all and my options are to have it repaired or a refurbished machine. Either way I have wait a couple weeks for it after I send back my defective machine. No new machines are available. Hoping to get a refund to purchase another type of Nespresso machine.

Machine broke, replacement machine broke

Great coffee but machine broke within a few months. Got a replacement and that new machine was malfunctioning after making 2 coffee brews. Called multiple times for troubleshooting and I really thought whether it was me, but after reading all these reviews it seems this product has a lot of underlying issues.

Very frustrating machine

The Nespresso Vurtuo Next has been one of the most frustrating purchases I have made. It constantly has a problem and can never do the simple task of making coffee like other coffee machine I have had. It is always asking us to clean it, then we clean it per the instructions, and it still wont make coffee, causing us to burn through pods to test out if it is working.

Broke after 1 month

Completely stopped working after one month. Probably used it 20 times. Nespresso replaced it, but I'm very disappointed with my first machine. Nervous it is going to happen again. My Keurig lasted 7 years without one issue and this is much more expensive!
