Convenience for your work week mornings!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my first Nespresso for Christmas 2023 and have loved using it as an alternative to the traditional coffee pot! Practically no maintenance or cleanup is required. Just fill the tank with water every couple of days and empty the used pods chamber. I enjoy having my espresso or single origin made and ready in under a minute.

Great coffee, no expert mode

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have no complaints. This coffee machine makes a great cup of coffee. I like the foam on the top. If you like a lots of milk/cream and sugar, then you should preheat that because the coffee isn't hot enough to stand up to cold milk. As noted in the title, this machine doesn't have the "expert" mode. It has glitched a couple of times and not brewed a new pod but it's very rare.
One big con it the cost of coffee. It's significantly more expensive than drip coffee.

Great machine but eventually will be hard to open

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great coffee maker but after a few months of use the the mechanism to open the top to insert the pod gets stuck shut from use. Eventually, with muscles, it will open again. Very frustrating.
