VERRRRY LOUD machine! Wakes up others still in bed. Going back, sadly.

Great quality of coffee, a little expensive

I’ve had my nespresso for about a year, it has changed the way I enjoy coffee at home. I am a former barista and was craving that quick fresh espresso at home, and the variety of pods is always a great way to try new flavors! I will say it is a little expensive for pods, but the quality is worth it to me

Disappointed

Coffee tastes great when it works, but this is the second time in under two years that my machine has broken. I have tried everything. I am so over it. I don't even want to send it in to be fixed. Going to get the VerturoLine since my parents have had theirs with no issues for just as long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect everytime!

It's easy to use and honestly has become part of my morning routine in a way I didn't expect. It's small and unassuming look packs a coffee making beast!

Excellent coffee, but machine fails way too often.

I went through three of these machines before giving up on them. The coffee - when they work - is excellent. I enjoyed it thoroughly and I think the Vertuo offerings are more compelling than the Original pod coffees. However, I cannot give it anything greater than a single star due to the repeated machine failures. Nespresso and its suppliers need to do a better job at making sure these machines last. The failure rate is too high and regrettably that leaves a bad taste in the customer's mouth in the long run.
