I love my nespresso!! The quality of the coffee is just 10/10. Bought it so I don’t feed into my starbucks craving. Love the frother as well, it can froth both hot and cold foam!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Nespresso machine! The coffee is the best ever! Only thing that bothers me is how the capsule tray leaks when you empty the old pods! Other than that no issues!

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. If you need assistance with your Nespresso Vertuo Next Machine, please do not hesitate to contact us on our toll-free number, 800-562-1465. Each machine comes with at least a one-year warranty and lifetime troubleshooting assistance. Thanks!
