GREAT MACHINE, LOVE IT!

I purchased this machine as a bundle for myself at BBB where the price was just right. At the time, I was a new Nespresso owner. I have owned this model for 5 months now and haven't had a problem with its functions. The coffee or espresso are always hot, the pod holder is easy to use and easy to clean. I always use bottled water in the tank, never tap water due to the high mineral content. The only thing I can nitpick is that I can't use a mug. So I use a cup, large enough to hold 7.7 oz as I don't use milk. I use it several times a day and I have a generic cover to keep it dust-free. I wish Nespresso would make a chic cover! So far I have no problems and would recommend.

My mom got this as a gift for Christmas over a year ago, works great despite a new leak coming from the bottom of the machine.

Love my nespresso

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a nespresso vertuo for a year and stop working I call nespresso and they try help me to fix but it didn't work. Oh well they send me a new one in 4 days. After a hard working day, I love to get home relax with a nice cup of coffee. My whole family I'd in love with nespresso.

I like this machine but I had to have mine replaced a few times. Outside of having to replace it, I quality of the coffee is amazing. Overall I like the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used (another popular brand) of machine for a long time, before sampling Nespressocoffee. I was overjoyed at actually having a rich tasting coffee, as opposed to the watery tasting pods I had been enduring. Used my machine every day for over a year until recently, when it had a major glitch. After trying to problem solve with a very patient customer service rep, they ended up switching mine out with a refurbished machine and I am back to loving my daily coffee again!

I use mine everyday and I love it! It is a very simple machine, there is only one button so it is very easy to use. I previously had a Keruig and the one feature I miss is that you could brew “nothing”, and it just spit out hot water. The nespresso doesn’t brew unless there is a new pod in it. Not a huge deal, but it was nice to have the option if I wanted hot water for tea, etc.
