Awsome machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great. I love the different flavors. It is easy to use for beginners. I love that it doesn't take up too much space because I have little to spare. It starts brewing very fast and I usually add that to to ice and maybe caramel sooo good.
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Has Delicious Crema, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Wide variety of capsule brands to choose from, Appealing Design
Cons: Does not have a built-in milk frother
I would recommend this to a friend!

Limited useful life but great customer service

I am on my third machine in 22 months. First one quit working after 4 months and second on stopped working after 14 months. Loved the coffee but machine appears to have a very limited life. Customer service is great and machines were replaced quickly and without issue. Now have the original Vertuo model and it is working fine. Hoping it is more durable that the Next.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend the first time use steps at least once a week, as part of your machine maintenance, to flush water only through your machine without a capsule. Horrible machine

I bought this item last night. Was excited for the first cup out of the new machine the foam disappeared after 30 seconds to a minute. The coffe tasted completely watered down compared to my other vertuo machine. Bringing this back

Lives up to the hype

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have heard hype about the Nespresso machine for a while now but was hesitant because I hate Keurig coffee! The coffee tastes wayyy better than Keurig coffee and I love that it gets frothy. I also like that there are espresso pods - they are good but I will say I don't think this is a good replacement for an actual espresso machine. I love the design of the machine, it's super slim and doesn't take up much counter space. I still use my regular coffee maker most days, but I like to use this for my occasional afternoon cup and I love having it for guests to use. I would not replace a regular coffee maker with this but it is a nice extra! I also love that Nespresso offers a recycling program, waste was another reason I was hesitant about this machine.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Has Delicious Crema, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Appealing Design
Cons: Does not make enough coffee in a cup, Too Noisy, Does not have a built-in milk frother

Don't buy

We've owned multiple Nespresso machines over 10+ years and switched to Vertuo Next about a year ago. Machine worked fine for 6-9 months but now is very unreliable. The machine responds with a flashing orange light on almost every attempt at making coffee now. We have descaled, run rinse cycles, and cleaned every interior surface (including Q-tips down into the clear sensor area...) multiple times and it still won't work consistently. I think it's related to the sensor that reads the bar codes on the bottom of the capsules but it doesn't appear accessible to make sure it's properly cleaned without breaking the cup that holds the pods. Bad design... Nespresso should recall and replace these machines with a unit that actually works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love My Nespresso!

I love the foam and the richness of this coffee over other at-home brewing methods. I have recommended Nespresso to many other friends and family and will continue to do so.
