Enough with Vertuo Next -- it won't power up

I have had this product for less than three months and it won't power on. It worked fine for the first few months and now it just won't turn on -- no lights or anything. I've spent hours trouble shooting this coffee maker and can't find a thing to resolve this issue. I have confirmed every plug in my house works -- so forget about referring me to check my fuse or breaker. I need my coffee... I can't recommend this product.

Your machine has a one-year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting available via our toll-free number 800-562-1465. If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, we have repair and replacement options available via our Assistance Service Program. We recommend calling our toll-free number to create your Nespresso account, register your machine, and troubleshoot with a machine expert, to determine the next steps to take with your Vertuo Next Machine. We’re confident we’ll come to a satisfactory resolution, and you’ll be back to your Nespresso coffee ritual soon.

Happiness at the Holidays is Our New Virtuo Plus!!

Now we experiment with lots of different flavors, but whatever the choice our home is filled with the authentic aroma of coffee or espresso from morning till evening!!

My Mother In Law loves it

She loves it, the only complaint is the machine can be a bit hard for her to get to close the lid when putting in a coffee pod. That is her only complaint

I wish I could rate this product 0 stars. This is the worst coffee pot I have ever owned. On to the second one and had to ship it back to Nespresso and still isn’t working.
