[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my I love this machine so much! It's so elegant looking and just adds to the look of my kitchen plus it doesnt take up a lot of space! It's super easy to use and clean. I love that I can connect it to my phone and it let's me know when maintenance is required. I use this nearly everyday! I also love that when you open it, it flips the used capsule back into a little storage area so you can just add a new one! I've already told my whole family about it and that they need to get one!
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Has Delicious Crema, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Appealing Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nespresso Vertuo Next is amazing. This set comes with a clear mug with a great quality. Also 2 packages of pods. This coffee maker works great. The coffee taste amazing. The quality is very good and the price is great.

The BEST of the BEST.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had owned many, many coffee makers in my life and nothing compares to the Vertuo Next machine. I have never liked making huge pots of coffee, I would much rather make single drinks and this gives me exactly that. It is so easy to use - just pop in a pod and click a button. Within seconds you have a delicious cup of coffee or cappuccino. Each time I have used it and I have used it every single day since I got it and each time comes out perfect. The coffee, espresso, or cappuccinos come out flawless each time. Great foam on the top and visually beautiful. There is nothing better than using this machine each morning knowing you are going to have a delicious drink to enjoy. It works amazing, so easy, and quick. Highly recommend this amazing coffee maker.

Oh So Fancy...

This Vertuo next allows me to do that and then some, fulfilling all of my family, my friends, my loved ones and my own coffee dreams :o)

NOISY/LOUD Works Intermittently

I am not happy with this machine. When it makes coffee, the coffee is excellent. However, first and foremost, the machine is entirely too loud even by Nespresso's own admission. I want a cup of coffee for comfort and quiet time. The noise it makes disturbs the entire vibe. Descaling and operational use of the machine is off/on. My first one leaked, the 2nd one the descaling light comes on even after descaling. I have wasted too many pods trying to get the orange blinking light to stop and this is expensive. It works off/on and is not easy to use even per video and instructions by Nespresso. I'm simply not happy. However because the coffee is so delicious and smooth, I want to see if I can exchange for another one that uses the same pods since I have 26 of them left.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In Love

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely 100% in love with my new Nespresso Vertuo Next machine. It does so much to be so compact. We’ve all already got a million gadgets on our countertop; the size really helps out. I love that it came with a variety of coffee flavors for me to try. And, it also comes with a darling little mug. It can create so many types of drinks too…coffee, espressos, etc.

Sticky handle after a while and impossible to use

I bought this machine 2 years ago. It was working fine for 2 years. Eventually the handle become very sticky and impossible to open.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend the first time use steps at least once a week, to flush water through your machine without a capsule. This flushes away any coffee granule buildup from the head of your machine. Leaks everywhere

3 stars at best.. I got one of these as a gift last Christmas. It was leaking water in two months. So I got it replaced, they sent me a red one when I had a black… I didn’t want to bother with it since it was already a pain in the butt to replace. Been using the red one for about 6 months and same issue. Just leaks all over and doesn’t work correctly. I would get it replaced but it was a gift and my MIL can’t find the order information on it, so I’ll be switching to something else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
