Love our Vertuo Next

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this machine over the summer, and every time I go to use it, it doesn't work but flashes red. Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I can't ever seem to fix it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this to replace a Vertuo Deluxe that wasn’t operating well anymore. I have been using this new Vertuo Next for a few weeks and love it so far. I have the one with white and really like the look of it and most importantly the coffee tastes great. It’s been an easy transition to this new machine. I will say the tank for water is smaller and this machine is louder but it also doesn’t leak after coffee is made which I appreciate. Overall, I am happy I bought the Vertuo Next and look forward to my coffee each morning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my previous unit failed and was out of warranty. The unit is great, although it has some flaws right out of the box. It does not eject the used capsules each time as it should. It also seems to be louder than my previous unit. Otherwise, it still brews a great cup of joe!
