Best coffee ever!

I absolutely love my new Nespresso Verto! I’ve never been a strong coffee love and always water mine down, but this coffee and machine is amazing and the coffee taste robust but with a smooth creamy finish with no bitterness! I usually take my coffee black, but I am enjoying adding flavors now to make my own, more affordable Latte’s, double shot espresso and capachino’s!! And with all the tutorials available there are so many more I can’t wait to try and master!! Nespresso is so straight forward and easy to use, all I can say is if you don’t have one yet, get one you will love it!will love it!!!

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to learn the Vertuo Next machine does not meet your expectations. Quality is very important to us, so the coffee brews to its ideal temperature without burning. Please bear in mind that added cold milk can decrease the temperature of the drink.
We have some tips to help prepare a hotter beverage to increase your overall enjoyment:
• Use hot water to preheat the cup to keep the coffee hotter longer.
• Make sure the size of cup you are using matches the size of the blend. A small espresso poured into a large mug, for example, will cool down very quickly.
However, we have Machine Experts who would be delighted to provide additional tips and assist you with troubleshooting. Your machine comes with a one-year of warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting via our toll-free number 800-562-1465. We are confident our Machine Experts will provide you with the best resolution. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

Great tasting pod coffee

I have such a tight schedule, so no more coffee shops. This device is top tier. I’m not sure why it isn’t 5 stars because it’s the best device for coffee that I have ever used.
