3-years of brewing and still spinning along. So far the only trouble ve had was a leak at the coffee outlet in the past month that I resolved by cleaning the spout module there. Breville model here.
I've enjoyed the unique approach to coffee, the espresso shots to make Lattes, the Iced Fortes on hot days, and even the Cold Brew is quite good... Once you add a bit of syrup at least.
The biggest complaint is the locking mechanism could be better. It takes a bit of force to push down and twist to lock for a good seal. A pull down bar version probably would have been a lot easier, and why the Vertuo Plus is tempting with its automated process for this.

Great concept but failed execution

Unreliable. Double blink red light every other day requires wash cycles. Starting the day with having to battling the machine, support only adds to the aggravation. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall good machine, but a lot of maintenance.

Received this product as a gift 3 years ago and the machine has constantly had issues. I now have to bring the machine in for maintenance or purchase a new machine. I have heard other Nespresso machines do not have as many issues as this one. Would suggest getting a different machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible machine but love the coffee

I'll start by saying I love the coffee when my machine works but the machine itself is very unreliable and from reading other reviews and reddit threads im not alone.
have had nothing but problems with this machine since I bought it I'm always having to run the cleaning cycle (sometimes daily) and waste pods when this happens. I attempted to download the app to be able to see in advance when it needs to run a cleaning cycle and was told it was not compatible with newer phones. I'm so frustrated it's not longer worth trying to constantly fix. I would suggest trying a different machine over this one.

Stopped working - so bummed!

I put a review on the wrong machine. It is this one that I have. I would give it 5 stars but it stopped working on me today and I am so disappointed. I would start my days off with a fresh brew and some frothed coconut creamer. Very enjoyable. I have unplugged and plugged the machine multiple times to descale it and thought that might have been the problem. But, no. It still isn't working and just sits on a white cup and sometimes turns to a faint red. Checked the mechanics to make sure nothing was obstructing the flow. Doesn't seem to be anything.
I would recommend this to a friend!
