Good for 5 months

First of all, when the machine worked I truly enjoyed the coffee. I set up a mini-coffee bar, it is really nice, and I loved the convenience of just pressing a button and getting a great cup of coffee before leaving for work, or a more elaborate drink on the weekends. Until No More. I cleaned it religiously every time I emptied the pods, descaled it after 3 months, unplugged it and plugged it back. Nada. When I now press the button it just make the right noises but soon after the orange button comes up and it crushes my hopes for a speedy and good cup of coffee. For Pete's sake, it's been only five months! I purchased it at Bed, Bad and Beyond, and of course is now over the allowed 30 days for returning it. I should've believed the reviews instead of been the incurable optimist.

Works well but doesn’t last

Nespresso coffee is second to none. Unfortunately we are replacing this machine under warranty for the second time in less than a year. What good is the coffee if you can’t brew it?

Super long and poor design

The water tank is so hard to get to as it’s in the back of the machine so it gets tangled up in the cord. They say it’s tiny but it’s super long and wouldn’t fit anywhere without being awkwardly placed in the kitchen. Placing the water tank in the back by the cord (and against the wall where most people store coffee makers) makes zero functional sense. I will be returning this. Disappointed, as I’ve waited years to finally splurge and upgrade from my keruig. : (

Beatiful machine - Not reliable

I purchased this machine in May of 2021 and got a replacement machine in January of 2022. I cannot recommend this model of machine to anyone. Although it is very pretty, it is not reliable at all. Less than a year of light use and it wouldn't brew pods, even after several rounds of cleaning and troubleshooting.

Disastrous

I too ignored the reviews, and was taken in by the aesthetics of the machine and the promise of excellent coffee. In less than two weeks, I am having the same issues as everyone else -- water leaking out of the top of the machine; sometimes it decides to brew coffee, but most of the time -- it just doesn't! Problematic for a coffee maker, considering that is its only job. I am very disappointed, and confused as to how this company appears unwilling or unable to fix these well documented and extensive issues.

Sadness!

I got this as a Christmas present this year, the coffee is really good. I went ahead and bought alot of the pods ($$$). I haven't even used my Nespresso Vertuo month and the machine has started leaking out the side. My kids lost the receipt now they feel bad and I'm out a couple hundred for pods. I read a lot of reviews regarding them leaking and with them being so popular I thought they would have fixed the issue. As of January 25, 2022 the problem still exist. I wish I would have been more cautious.

Worst machine ever

Do not buy this machine, I have had nothing but problems with it and they even sent me a replacement one so I am now on the second machine and it refuses to brew more than one cup of coffee, I had called customer service multiple times and they can always get it to work and then the next day same thing.. refuses to brew coffee and won’t even run a clean cycle but they never have an explanation for me and I shouldn’t have to do a factory reset everyday just to get my machine to work!

Extremely disappointed

I had a terrible experience with mine- it leaks and even after taking great care of it and descaling the coffee tastes like old cigarette water. Not even exaggerating!
