The light of my life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We started using Nespresso 3 years ago. It has changed our lives. We could never go back to regular coffee. We almost named our first born “Nessy” in honor of our morning hero, our Nespresso machine.

Great machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a similar machine that we used many times a day for over 4 years. This machine has a cold brew feature that our older model didn’t have and it’s terrific. Love having the ability to brew both ways!

This model of machine is not good choice

I have two machines not working . Both were gift from my daughters my daughter tried contact to company few times and asked repair them. These machine is not last not that long. I have'nt been able to use this for long time. I don't want to recommend this . I love to send them back to company.

design flaws/bad technology

ZERO STARS!! top button stopped working after brewing ONLY 20 cups. I didn’t even get to use all of my pods before it was completely useless. brand new fresh out of the box stopped working after 20 cups and cannot be replaced because of warranty issues. i’m SO sad don’t buy this or you’ll be sad too

Most Nespresso machines have at least a one-year warranty, with a lifetime a lifetime of free troubleshooting, via our toll-free number 800-562-1465. We recommend calling Nespresso for assistance to speak with a machine expert who can assist you with your machine. Machines don’t last

I bought the Vertuo Next last July and a little over a year and a half the Vertuo has already died on me. This is my second Nespresso with a short shelflife, therefore I am breaking up with them. I am a one cup a day kind of gal and a coffee machine of this caliber should last more than a year. Sorry Nespresso I love your coffee, but your machines just can’t handle it. I’m done!

Bad machine - don't buy!

This machine is just simply. bad. I've had it for a little more than a year, already had a replacement, and it still does not work. It requires tons of attention, and every time it breaks due to a new issue. I spend more time on the phone with the support than I do drinking coffee. My brother has the same machine, and, alas, he has issues all the time. I had the original machine for years, and never had problems with it.

Don’t buy

First one went out right before warranty ran out. They sent E a refurnished machine and now having the same issue. I had my Keruig for longer and this one cost way more. Highly disappointed.

Simplicity, Elegance, Deliciousness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using a Nespresso for more than a decade. The coffee, espresso, and fancy drinks I make are so delicious as well as economical. I had the original Vertuo machine and brought it to work… so I needed another one for my home. I chose the Vertuo Next. It is simple to use and like the original makes all the sizes and styles. I love it!
