Great machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is great for making Nespresso pods that vary in size, lots of cremma too, the only problem is the machine needs to be cleaned and descaled regularly or it will malfunction.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We recommend running weekly rinse cycle and descaling every 300 capsules or three months, whichever comes first. Tricky machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the coffee but the machine itself can be fussy. If you don’t press the top down exactly a certain way you get the blinking red light. Have to start over but the pod has already been punctured. Would purchase the automatic version next time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend that you try unlocking and then relocking the machine to assist with brewing without wasting the coffee. It can help to wait until the machine has finished heating up fully before loading the capsule. As long as the rim of the capsule remains flat, the machine should be able to read the bar code printed there.
