Makes a great expresso!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I like this machine very much. However, occasionally, some pods won’t work because it doesn’t recognize the pod. I don’t like wasting pods☺️. It would be great if you can fix this issue.

When it comes to capsules not being recognized, we recommend that you try unlocking and then relocking the machine to assist with brewing without wasting the coffee. It can help to wait until the machine has finished heating up fully before loading the capsule. As long as the rim of the capsule remains flat, the machine should be able to read the bar code printed there. If the issue continues, we invite you to reach out for machine assistance via our toll-free number, 800-562-1465. Your machine comes with a 1-year warranty, as well as lifetime troubleshooting assistance and we will be happy to assist. Enjoy!

Great Coffee Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the Nespresso machine for Christmas and have been enjoying the variety of coffee flavors with my favorite the roasted Hazelnut. The coffee machine is easy to use and uses little counter space.
