[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally was able to have time to put this vertuo next coffee machine together. It took me awhile to figure out how to use the machine because I have never even tried to use a fancy machine like this or tried to make espressos myself ever. Once I figured the machine all out it was not too difficult but definitely is not as easy as I had hoped it would be. Also another downside is that the machine is quite loud. I have a small child and husband that I wake up earlier than and try to stay quiet most of the morning but this machine does not help with that.
Pros: Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Appealing Design
Cons: Does not make enough coffee in a cup, Too Noisy

Thank you for your review. We certainly want your Nespresso experience to be special and exactly to your satisfaction. We’re pleased to provide some tips to help alleviate your machine issue. It is normal for all Nespresso machines to make some noise during operation. Please keep in mind the following factors that may be contributing to the noise:
• New machines with brand new pumps will produce less noise over time.
• If operating without water in the tank, the pump will be louder.
• The machine should be stable, with rubber feet on the bottom. If any rubber feet are missing it may cause an abnormal vibration.
• The ideal surface for the machine should be solid and flat such as hard wood or a granite countertop. Sitting your machine on top of a rubber mat or folded kitchen towel will slightly help eliminate the noise.
For best maintenance for your machine, we recommend to always eject the used capsule after every use, run the Clean Cycle once a week to eliminate coffee grounds build up within the brew unit, and descale your machine every three months. All removable spare parts, including the water tank, should be washed by hand at least once a week.

Fantastic coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Nespresso Vertuo Next is terrific. I can have my espresso, coffee, barista creations all by Nespresso. I just pop in a pod and brew it up. I love the white streamline look. It does not take up a lot of space. It also came with a cute Nespresso cup and some pods. I definitely recommend it. Great tasting cup of coffee.

I bought myself going to the coffee shop too many times a week and figured it was time to get something to get my fix (espresso shots baby!) I went ahead and got this one and boy oh boy am I happy I bought this - You have the option to do single espresso, double, and even regular coffee - the design on this thing is beautiful! it looks great on my countertops. this thing is so easy to use! the best part is it has a built in trash can for your pods hahah - if you're thinking about it just do it TRUST ME

Great espresso and coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the Nespresso Vertuo Next a few weeks ago and couldn’t be happier with our choice. The Nespresso Vertuo Next makes all sizes of coffee from an espresso to a full craft of coffee. The design of the of the Vertuo next is slim, sleek and a design that doesn’t stick out in the kitchen. Setup was okay easy including phone connectivity. However, the app doesn’t offer a ton but an easy way to troubleshoot any issues and order more Nespresso pods. If the froth is really important to you I would get one of the other Nespresso makers that have that feature.

Coffee is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this Nespresso - Vertuo Next coffee maker for a week now and I love the taste. It is a little difficult to use at first especially on how to make a full cup of coffee. But I will figure it out the more I use it. I like the concept of it using Bluetooth and it knows when something is wrong with the machine. I highly recommend buying this if you want a great cup of coffee.

Improved Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new updated Vertuo Next is a beaut. I had an older nespresso model and I am glad to have replaced and updated my machine to this one. The length is a little on the long side so make sure it fits your desired counter. Overall it's nice!

Love all the specialty coffees!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been thinking about getting a Nespresso machine as my husband and I like specialty coffee drinks, especially in the winter! I couldn't be more pleased with Nespresso's newest Vertuo Next! It's compact, and the perfect size if you have very little countertop room. I love the sleek design and all the features it offers! The coffee drinks are so Delicious! This will be great on cold winter days making specialty coffees at home when we don't feel like driving to go get one! So convenient to have!

Best Coffee Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this coffee maker. It is so easy to use and not too big and bulky like most. The coffee taste amazing. I am a 4 to 5 cups a day coffee drinker and have about 4 different coffee makers lying around. I am getting rid of all but this one. The espresso taste like coffee should with a bold rich flavor. If you love coffee like I do , you will love the Nespresso. You can also download the app and set it up according to how you like it. I am still working on that, but it seems pretty easy. I highly recommend this.
