Great Coffee But Needs Work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a Christmas gift and the coffee in alll different flavors is delicious. My only issues with it is the machine feels cheap and plastic quality. It also is extremely loud when making the coffee and sounds like a construction zone. I’m not sure if this is a defective machine or what but the quality of the coffee has been perfect.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My drinks - iced and hot - are the absolute highlight of my mornings and I no longer have to drive to the coffee shop to get exceptional flavor and perfectly crafted drinks.
