I am so happy with this purchase. Making coffee, lattes, and anything iced is perfect with this machine. Saves me a ton on going out for coffee and allows me to control what goes in my recipes

I love my Nespresso.

I love my Nespresso. I had it in my dorm during pandemic college and it was such a nice thing to have with all of the coffee shops being closed/having shorter hours. It's a great way to save money and still have good coffee.

I prefer the OL but some of the Vertuo flavours are just unbeatable. I like the ability of larger drinks with less waste though and it helps !

Absolutely love this Nespresso! Not only are the espressos and coffee absolutely delicious, the size of the product goes perfectly on your counter top. There are variety of pods all to everyone’s liking . Highly recommend this product ! So far I’ve influenced two of my friends to purchase and they love it !

Terrible machine

This machine isn't worth your time or money. The coffee is good and the customer service team is also solid - however, the machines are sub-par and ever in need of a complex cleaning and descaling system. I had one go bad, they sent another and it went bad it two weeks. I am now looking for another company.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Each machine comes with at least a one-year warranty and lifetime troubleshooting assistance Thanks!

This machine has become one of the best part of my days. It’s easy to clean and brew some espresso. I love the variety of intensity of coffee the brand sells. Their holiday sleeves are my favorite! I have and would continue recommending this to friends and family!
