LASER reader stopped working

It was fine while it lasted, but our laser reader apparently stopped working and we could NOT brew coffee anymore. We've only had the machine for 2 years... would not recommend due to the lifespan.

Not the quality I expected

I was a happy owner of the original Virtuo machine ....it worked great and lasted a long time. When it was time to replace it, I thought this would be an upgrade. Loved the sleek look and the idea of less width taken on the counter. This machine is horrible, Loud, awkward components, even leaks at the drip tray. The coffee still tastes great but after a short stay with me, I am donating it and will return to the original. Guess you don't fix what isn't broken. I wouldn't purchase this again, even at the sale price.

Don’t bother with this machine. Im about to be on my 3rd machine in 4 years and I only reordered because I have a lot of $ in coffee pods I need to use. But once this one breaks probably in 1-2 years I will not be getting another. The company needs to have a longer warranty on these crap machines. You can tell by all the reviews here they don’t last. Customer service is a joke.

Very inconvenient, leaks, grinds in coffee

Leaks & too much grinds in each cup even though I clean / descaling frequently. It is so NOT intuitive with one button on top, I have to guess what LED color means and blinking means.

One Star Because Zero Stars Isn't An Option !

I should have learned my lesson from the first machine that leaked water 14 months after purchase. Nespresso was happy to sell me another machine rather than replace that one. This machine is a waste of money. The coffee is barely warm. On certain pod sizes, the machine vibrates violently to the point that the cup falls off the machine and spills coffee everywhere, and it sprays coffee out the back of the unit. For the price of the machine and the ridiculous prices for the pods, I would expect this to have some above-average product quality. We shouldn't have to make machine repairs as a consumer.

Broke after 17 months

Mine broke after 17 months. The machine is very loud and the pods get to be expensive. Plus having to replace the machine out of warranty. Doesn't make sense.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my first Nespresso 4yrs ago and now have one in the RV. Wake every morning to sip my Chiaro. New Sweet Almond and Hibiscus is really great.
I would recommend this to a friend!
