[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our Nespresso Vertuo when I was pregnant with twins and already had a toddler. There’s not much better than quick, delicious coffee when you wake up way too early in the morning with three small kids!

Your feedback regarding this machine's locking system has been documented and forwarded on for review. This state-of-the-art machine is designed to brew each blend to the specific programmed temperature that is best-suited to that blend, as defined by Nespresso Coffee Experts. coffee still does not seem hot enough, please call us for further assistance. We are pleased to offer technical support via the toll-free number, 800-562-1465. Each machine comes with at least a one-year warranty and lifetime troubleshooting assistance.

Over two years and going STRONG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine when we were wanting a better option than paying coffee kiosks for minimal effort and just an OK product. We are in Washington state and there are coffee shops every half mile or so. Our decision was about finances and time spent in line or small talking to a barista (nah).
I've loved it. I like that I can program how much water is pushed through if I want more of an Americano style AND it will remember that setting when it scans the pod next time!
