Piece of garbage

Within three month, it does not work anymore. I got the same orange/red light from other reviews. BTW, please make the light lighter even for this warning light. I have to turn off all lights in my room to see it!!!

Great Coffee, Error Code Problem

First and foremost, the coffee is absolutely wonderful. I purchased the Vertuo Next back in June, 2021 and fell in love immediately. That being said, fast-forward to September, 2021 and the orange blinking light comes on when I attempt to brew my usual morning coffee. I tried the descaling mode, the cleaning mode, and spoke with a rep from Nespresso, who guided me through the troubleshooting process. It was determined that the machine would need to be replaced. I am currently awaiting my replacement machine in the mail. I will keep an optimistic outlook on the next machine, but I am a little concerned as to how long the next machine will last based upon these other reviews. I hope that if this happens again, I will be able to trade it out for a different series. Don't hesitate to buy a Nespresso machine! Just be careful with the Vertuo Next series and perhaps opt in for a different Nespresso series machine instead. Absolutely love Nespresso regardless! Great customer support too.

Best tasting coffee and super efficient machine

We love our Nespresso maker! The coffee is silky smooth, with a nice froth topping. Tastes great and brews smartly and efficiently.

Great Coffee

I love the coffee! The coffee machine works, but it’s very loud. I have a different Nespresso coffee maker and I love it more because it’s not anywhere close to as loud as this one. I have this new one at work, and I need to make sure my coworker isn’t on the phone so I can make a cup of coffee.

Horrible machine Great customer service

The coffee is great… as long as you can get it to brew anything. The yellow/orange double blink of death as taken my second Vertuo Next machine to the graveyard in under a year. But have no fear Nespresso customer service is amazing. They are sending out a new machine to replace this one. The customer service is really kind and empathetic to a completely uncaffeinated lunatic such as myself who they are unlucky enough to answer the phone for. Kudos for great customer service!

I absolutely love my Nespresso Vertuo. Very easy to use, to clean, love the fact that the pods are recyclable. And the coffee is magnificent, the aroma, the taste and endless possibilities of the recipes you can make.

I wish I could give Nespresso more than 5 stars. I cannot live without my machine. It makes such good and creamy coffee! I love mine iced with 2 pumps of syrup and oat milk! Super affordable and saves you time and money :) HIGHLYYY RECOMMENDED! They have amazing customer support as well!

I wanted to express my appreciation to Nespresso's quick response and work to resolve my non working Vertuo Next machine. Nespresso and its customer service folks quickly responded and worked with me to resolve the issue and replaced the defective machine with a new Vertuo Plus model, which arrived today and we are back to having awesome coffee. Thanks again for resolving the issue.
