Loving My Vertuo Next

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the Vertuo next for a few months and have enjoyed it so much that I recently purchased one for my father as a birthday present. This machine is a really convenient size and easy to use. The coffee definitely tastes better when you frequently run the water cycle but other than that it's so easy to maintain.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great coffee

I bought my machine 3-4 years ago during COVID. Never descaled (until yesterday) and cleaned once. A few days ago it started leaking and after descaling it, I couldn't get it to work again....orange light constantly flashing. I tried numerous online fixes, but decided that between the leaking, the time since buying etc. it was time to let it go. I too, think there should be fewer problems, but am addicted to my afternoon espresso and biscotti treat! I'm ordering a new one.

We recommend running a priming cycle through your machine once a week to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. My father loves his machine

Bought this machine for his father. While I see some issues in these reviews, so far, so good for his. He loves the longer cups and ease. Capsules arrive really promptly when he's running out. Due to quality and ease of use, I just have to leave 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow. This really is an awesome espresso maker. It was so easy to set up and it is incredibly easy to use! You just fill the tank with water and pop in a nespresso pod. Hit the button and you have a smooth cup of coffee. It's really neat too because it disposes of the old pod into a tank that you empty and throw the contents away. The pods are cool, they tell you what flavors and how many ounces it will be. The coffee and espresso came out so good too. It was rich and flavorful and really smooth and creamy! The only thing I didnt like was the machine is sort of loud when in use. Its slim though and fit perfect on my counter

Decent coffee maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Vertuo Next to try, so far I don't have any major issues with it but I'm also not super impressed at the same time.
It looks nice, it's a very slim product so it is easy to find a place for it on the counter. It's sleek, the chrome accents with the black color look nice and fit in to most color schemes so I really like that.
It doesn't take long to make a cup of coffee from this machine. Maybe a minute or so after putting the pod in from start to finish. When you open it the old pod is discarded into a bin to be thrown away later or you can just take it out of the bin when you're finished.
The coffee selection is nice, but seems like they try a little too hard to be like one of the coffee shops with their odd flavor combinations.
Overall, it makes coffee and doesn't take forever so I enjoy the product. Replacement pods are hard to find in my area. And to order them online they are pretty expensive so I won't be using this product regularly by any means.

Cons: Too Expensive
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A Game Changer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an iced coffee snob and had tried several coffee makers before sampling the Vertuo Next at a friend's place. What a game changer! I LOVE the speed of the maker, the variety of coffees available, the recycling aspect of the pods, and most of all - my iced coffee does not taste watered down! The frothing (without milk) that happens at the top of the coffee is golden. I can't believe I went this long without one.

New one smaller compact and more versatile.
Love the coffee. The recycling program and the convenience. Looking forward to using a larger cup size. My machine number 2 is new. Haven’t tried bigger size yet.
