Thank you for your review. A difference in taste can sometimes be attributed to expired sleeves, over-extraction, or a build-up of scale within the brewing unit. We recommend checking the production and freshness dates on the small end of every sleeve. Ensure that your Coffee capsules were not reprogrammed by mistake. Descaling your machine at least every 300 capsules or every three months is required to prevent calcium build up. You may also run a descaling process with water and adding two tablespoons of baking soda instead of our descaling solution to help with removing the irregular taste. Please note that this tip only helps with removing irregular taste and does not remove hard water and calcium deposit build-up.
