Not a good fit for me

I bought this machine a week ago and I’m ready to return it The locking mechanism is hard to turn and anyone with arthritis in their hands. It hurts. Hate this new system. Coffee still tastes good but not worth the trouble

broke after a year and a half

this was a great machine for a year and a half. Then one day I just couldn't close the lid. It was always kind of hard to close so I would say if yours does that get it warrantied before it breaks. I guess this is how Nespresso makes so much money lol, expensive coffee and machines that break so you have to buy a new one

Stay away from this machine and pick an original

I bought this one for the office after having the original coffee machines from Nespresso. I have the original machine at home and love the coffee. This one, keeps erroring out almost everytime I put in a pod. I have to keep unplugging the machine and then trying again until it works. The coffee itself is also sub par. It creates a coffee foam.. not crema, but foam.. when I make espresso. Horrible experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It will stop working after a year

I have had my machine going on 3 years and it is very inconsistent. I loved it at first but over the past few years, it will not pull water through the machine even after attempts at cleaning and resetting the machine. Given the price, I would expect it to last more than 3 years. Save your money and find a more reliable machine.

Don’t get tgis model waste

Meh, just over a year old and it’s extremely loud and is leaking internally all over the counter. All guides say pretty much good luck, we would have to open the machine and have a tech fix. Waste

Great for a while

I had this a little over a year and can't get it out of descaling mode. It went through about 12 tanks of water and kept going. The first one I had started leaking after about a year as well.
