[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really loving my machine so far. I was somewhat worried with some of the reviews but my machine has been great. Makes great coffee, very fast. I love the variety of coffee available, especially that there are multiple decaf options. I love having a decaf cappuccino in the evenings so this has been great. Very happy with my machine and the coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace our same machine that recently stopped working. Love the machine and all the coffee options. Wish our old one lasted more than 18 months but liked it enough to repurchase.

the worst

This is the worst machine ever. My first one only last 6 months and they sent me a replace one. The replaced one is having issues after 13 months later and it was passed the warranty. When the machine was function fine, the coffee taste better than Starbucks. The other issue is coffee/espresso not hot enough.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been considering buying a Nespresso for about a year and really wish I had done it sooner. I had another coffee maker before and just couldn’t find a coffee I loved. Instead, I was going to grab coffee every day before work which of course adds up. I finally convinced myself to go into the Dallas store to try it and I’m in love. I have been making my coffee daily, sometimes twice a day, because I actually crave it. Highly recommend the Stormio blend or Double Espresso Scuro!

Easy to use

Works great until it doesn't. I'm on my 3rd machine in 3 years. First one only lasted a year and the replacement lasted a little short of 2 years. For the price of the machine, I guess I expect it and plan to keep replacing it since it's perfect in size for the space I have available on my counter.

I am about to be on my third nespresso machine, two of which were the Next within two years. Shelling out money to go with a different style vertuo machine. I would stay far away from the Next and spend the extra money on a different machine
