Wouldn’t buy another one

It was good for the first two years. Now I can’t get it from overflowing. I’ve tried resetting multiple times and continue to have issues. In addition, when it does finally work, it goes into cleaning mode after just a few uses. Love the Nespresso coffee, but definitely disappointed with the lifetime of this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Coffee, but Vertuo Next not reliable!

I bought this machine 12/2020...My review is about the machine itself which only lasted me exactly two years. I kept with cleaning cycle 1x a week and descaling every 3 months. Despite my efforts to keep up with maintenance the machine died on my yesterday. It makes sound like if it is brewing but then a red light comes up and notification on my cell indicating the machine is not recognizing the capsule. I called Nespresso, and they will be sending me a replacement. However, I think it is time for Nespresso to research what's going on with Vertuo Next machines. It seems everyone that experiences an issue with this machine, has the same. Again my review is about the machine itself as I love my nespresso coffee :-)

Not hot enough and loud

Received for ChristmAs was so excited for smooth rich taste to wake me up in am. Disappointed, very loud and barely hot. May return. Love the smoothness and I use less creamer with it, but might be back to old Mr Coffee😞

Great Gift!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Keurig and my mom kept encouraging us to replace it. We finally have and are we never ever looking back! So much fun--we are drinking more coffee because we are enjoying it so much. My tip is to be sure you can leave the foamer out--you will use it more. I also got a sliding tray that I'm storing the pods in and the machine sits right on top. This is beautiful AND it makes awesome coffee!
I would recommend this to a friend!

It’s fine when it works

I bought this as a secondary machine for our RV. When I discovered my regular machine doesn’t work with the large pods, I brought it into the house for more regular use. Despite regular rinsing, it likes to send half the coffee down the “dribble hole” into the used pod receptical. It regularly refuses to brew, making whirring noises only to stop and flash orange. It might make one cup and then “laugh” at the next. I’m not even sure I trust putting it back in the RV anymore. I’ll probably just open the rest of the large pods and put them in my pour over. Sadly it’s easier to do that rather than cussing and swearing first thing in the morning. It also seems to dribble dark sludge from underneath, although I have yet to be able to pinpoint where. At the end of the day, as long rambling review is under caffeinated. I am so tired of playing with this coffee pot that I think it’s going into the garbage. My next one will definitely not be this style.
