Not working in a very first day. Garbage.

I received my new machine YESTERDAY . Followed all instructions. Prime machine with water about 5 min before use . I was able to make 3 cups of coffee. I was happy with my new machine. NOW TODAY Morning I was so exited about my new morning routine. Guess WHAT ? Machine start making noise and bottom became red and my brand new machine is dead. Unplug and plug it back. New start. Red bottom and machine dead. THIRD time is THE same. I called customer service Lady was polite and patient. My machine is not working. Period. My family is laughing on me.They saw How entusiastic I was about fancy coffee machine. I think I should return this garbage and continue using my old school Arabic coffee pot and finish this story. I would not recommend this machine.

We make more coffee!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had ours for a few weeks now and we love it. We're enjoying trying out new coffees and with the frother you really can do a lot. It's a pain to set up because the instructions are not complete but once through that it's been great. I'd love to see some more 3rd party coffee options beyond Starbucks.

Broke after a month

After having the machine for a month, it would not brew because it would “overheat”. I only brew one cup a day so it’s not like I’m overusing the machine. I did Troubleshooting through the live chat and it fixed it for now, but we will see if it lasts. I’ve seen other people have this problem as well. If nespresso is going to charge this much for a machine, they should at least make sure it’s going to last longer than a month!!

A disappointment

Just received the machine and was sadly very disappointed with the results. Coffe not as good as with my other machine (VertuoPlus). Purchased this a machine so I could use the larger cup sizes but no t worth it. In addition to the taste being off, there is virtually no I Crema.

Leaks

It leaks from the top sides when brewing the xl pods. Never even used it much, as this is our second machine for bedroom. Brewing on lazy weekends.

Plagued with Issues

These machines will give you nothing but problems. Look anywhere online. Leaks, errors, etc. I bought two and have had them replaced twice and finally went with an Evoluo instead. It's borderline criminal they're still selling this model. The good news is when they break Nespresso is pretty good about replacing them.
